How we collect, use, share, and safeguard personal data — and the rights you have over your information.
Last Updated: September 8, 2026
1. Introduction
LA Fulfill Inc., a California corporation (“LA Fulfill”, “we”, “us”, “our”) respects your privacy as clients, vendors, customers, partners, and other individuals (“you”, “your”). We are dedicated to protecting personal data in line with applicable laws and industry standards. This Privacy Policy details what personal data we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, how we safeguard it, and your rights regarding your information.
2. Definitions
- Personal Data (Personal Information): any information about an identified or identifiable person, such as name, contact details (address, email, phone), billing/shipping info, order data, IP address, and other identifiable data.
- Processing: any operation on personal data — collecting, storing, accessing, using, disclosing, transferring, deleting, or destroying.
- Data Controller / Data Processor: the entity responsible for determining how and why personal data is processed, or processing data on behalf of the controller.
3. Our Role: Controller and Processor
The personal data we handle falls into two categories, and our responsibilities differ for each:
- As a controller. For data about our own business contacts — website visitors, prospective clients, our direct clients, vendors, and partners — we decide why and how the data is processed, as described in this Policy.
- As a processor / service provider. When we provide fulfillment, warehousing, and order-management services, we process personal data about our clients’ end customers (such as recipient names, shipping addresses, and order details) on our clients’ behalf and on their instructions. For that data our client is the controller, and our handling is governed by our services agreement and any applicable data processing addendum.
If you are an end customer of a business that uses LA Fulfill for fulfillment and you have a request about your data, please contact that business directly, as they control it.
4. What Personal Data We Collect & How We Collect It
Our data collection depends on the context and services, and may include:
- Identification & contact details: name, company, address (billing/shipping), email, phone.
- Order & transaction details: order numbers, product info, quantities, shipping info, return requests, billing/payment info.
- Service-related data: client communications, support requests, preferences, feedback.
- Operational data: logistics and fulfillment records.
We gather data:
- Directly from you when you place an order, register, provide shipping/billing info, or otherwise supply data.
- From third-party providers (carriers, payment processors, vendors) as needed for fulfillment, strictly limited and confidential.
5. Website Visitors, Cookies & the Contact Form
This section describes data handling specific to our website at www.lafulfill.com.
- No tracking cookies. The Site sets no advertising, analytics, or profiling cookies of its own, and it does not build a profile of your browsing. The embedded map described below is the one place a third party can set cookies in your browser.
- Contact form. When you submit the contact form, we collect the name, email address, subject, message, and any preferred call date you provide, and use them only to respond to and follow up on your enquiry.
- Map embed. The Contact page embeds a Google Maps view of our warehouse. When that page loads, your browser requests the map directly from Google, which receives your IP address, browser details, and the address of the page you came from, and may set its own cookies. Google processes that data as an independent controller under the Google Privacy Policy. Nothing you enter in the contact form is shared with the map.
- Server and security logs. Our hosting and security provider processes standard request data, including your IP address, to deliver the Site, prevent abuse, and rate-limit form submissions. These logs are kept only for a limited period for security purposes.
6. Purpose of Processing & Use Cases
We process personal data solely for legitimate business needs, including:
- Handling orders (processing, storage, packing, shipping, returns).
- Communicating with clients, vendors, carriers, and customers regarding orders, shipping, support, or logistics.
- Maintaining records for billing, compliance, audits, and operations.
- Improving services through inventory management, analytics, efficiency, and reliability.
- Legal, regulatory, or contractual compliance.
7. Sharing, Disclosure & Third-Party Access
We do not sell personal data. Sharing occurs only when necessary and under strict protections:
- With service providers (shipping, logistics, payments) only as needed.
- With Google, when the embedded map on our Contact page loads in your browser — see “Website Visitors, Cookies & the Contact Form” above.
- With authorities or regulators if legally required.
- During business transfers (merger, sale, acquisition) with confidentiality measures.
All third parties must uphold data protection and confidentiality.
8. Data Retention & Deletion
We keep personal data only as long as necessary: for order processing, returns, billing, compliance. Once outdated, we securely delete or anonymize it.
9. Data Security & Protection Measures
We take technical and organizational steps to protect data:
- Access controls: only authorized staff can view data.
- Secure storage: passwords, encryption, backups, secure physical storage.
- Data handling: secure transmission, storage, backup, disposal.
- Confidentiality: staff and partners are bound by confidentiality requirements.
- Incident response: procedures in place for breaches, including detection, containment, and notifications.
10. Your Rights & Choices
Depending on law, you can:
- Request access to your data.
- Request updates or corrections.
- Ask to delete or anonymize your data.
- Object to processing, restrict it, or request data transfer.
- Be informed about how your data is used.

11. California Privacy Rights
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA, gives you additional rights over the personal information we handle about you as a business (that is, data for which we act as a controller):
- The right to know and access the personal information we have collected about you.
- The right to request deletion or correction of that information.
- The right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information.
- The right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. To exercise these rights, contact us using the Contact Information section below; we will verify your request and respond as required by law, and you may use an authorized agent. These rights concern data we control — for our clients’ end-customer data, the client is the responsible business.

Transfers occur only when necessary and protected.
